Our house is situated in Riehen, a green and child-friendly suburb of Basel which is the culturally vibrant centre of the unique tri-border region on the river Rhine bringing together France, Germany and Switzerland.

The detached house is surrounded by wood-like gardens in a quiet neighbourhood yet is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the modern kitchen as well as the dining and living room providing direct access to the beautiful garden and patio. On the first floor there is a sleeping room with a twin bed, three children’s rooms, two bathrooms and an additional open room. The house is in very good condition. On the ground floor there is a separate (autonomous) flat which has been let.

Riehen or Basel respectively with its train stations and airport is suitably located for trips to France (i.e. Paris is only 3 hours by train), Germany (Black Forest, Munich, Lake Constance) or Italy (Milan) and of course the beautiful mountains, lakes, landscapes and cities of Switzerland. Furthermore the vicinity is perfect for day-trips and a variety of in- and outdoor activities.
