Edwardian terrace: 20 min walk Bath City centre

This is a spacious comfortable home which has been recently extended with new kitchen, skylights and large bifold doors opening to the terrace and garden.

The kitchen has dishwasher/washing machine/electric induction hob/microwave/oven & grill/fridge freezer. Off the kitchen through a glazed sliding door is a snug/second living room with large smart TV.
There`s a main living room at the front of the house, includes older TV for video/DVD, sound system etc.

Upstairs is a spacious main bedroom at the front with a double bed (extra long), sprung mattress, wardrobe space and bedside reading lights. Next a main bathroom with efficient shower over the bath, bidet. Also off the landing an open plan room overlooking the garden, arranged for desk and computer use.

From the kitchen you can step out onto a wide terrace shaded by an easily retractable sail shade, and furnished with small table and chairs for convenient outdoor dining. (The terrace store contains the garden hose and water softener for the house water supply). Steps lead down to a lower terrace and small garden and lawn, well stocked with plants and pots. (At the end of the garden is a private studio).

The house is organised for two so we usually prefer to swap with up to 2 people using the rooms described, however there are two further guest bedrooms and another bathroom on the second floor.
