Our three storey London house is close to Tooting Bec Common. Underground stop is Tooting Bec (Northern line), 20 minutes to central London. Overground stops include Balham and Streatham Common. Tooting Common has an outdoor lido open in the summer with paddling pool for young children, tennis courts and playgrounds. Excellent bus routes and public transport mean that you can be in central London in under half an hour. It is a safe, residential area and London is within easy reach. Closer to home are the bars and cafes of Balham and Clapham Common. It is a great base to explore all that London has to offer. Brighton and the south coast are an hour's drive or train ride away.
