Lovely 4 Bed home in Nyack (New York City area), USA

Artist's Lovely 4-bedroom river-view house in charming village of Nyack, a village on Hudson River just north of NYC. Garden, playhouse, Art studio.

My home can accommodate 5 people easily if they want to use spare bedroom on ground floor as a bedroom - it has a single bed. Master bedroom is huge so young child can stay with parents. Locally, there is the Hudson River and easy access to NYC by bus or train. This is a lake district with many national parks near by. There is an art studio in the basement as well as a home theatre. We have wifi, a generator and central heat & air conditioning. The village where we live is easy to walk to. We have a YMCA for swimming and working out. A local film society shows films and a large mall is 5 minutes away. There are many colleges close by. We also have a small theatre that stages all kinds of plays. The town is full of musicians and you can have your pick of yoga studios and dance classes within walking distance. My car, a Toyota, can be available. Right now I have 2 cats and three dogs so if you have allergies that's important. My kitchen is large and well equipped. There is a wood stove for cold winter nights.
