Champion Hill is the first hill out of London to the south, about 3 miles from the centre.

The local station is 7 minutes walk away with trains to most parts of London, from 9 minutes in duration.

Numerous buses from the end of the road. The close is a cul de sac, with private parking.

The house is two-storey with a garage, garden shed and gardens front and rear outside. Two large, spacious living rooms,kitchen with most appliances, utility room with washing machine,etc, study, a downstairs cloakroom and separate WC.

Upstairs, three double rooms, one en suite and a further bathroom.

Neighbours are friendly, helpful and don`t bite,but not too instrusive.

Also own a small village house near Granada in southern Spain which could be available.
