Lovely 2 Bed home in Green Valley, USA

I have a modest mobile home that is 1600sq ft. It is two bedroom, 2 bath. It has a carport and washer & dryer. It is in an adult community which has a pool and spa. I can accommodate 4 but prefer a senior couple. It has a fenced side covered patio with a mountain view. Car exchange is available. The entire town is a senior community and very secure. It is 35 miles below Tucson, AZ and 40 miles below is Mexico, it is 300 miles to the Grand Canyon. It is within 550 miles of the CA beaches. Eight hour drive to San Diego, CA. I am a 70 year old widow that has two friends that are seniors. We are very flexable with dates. One senior has a home in Palm Desert, CA that could be worked out for exchange. So there is a possiblity of a month or more in AZ and the same in CA. If you have skype ability you can have a tour thru my home on the computer. I have exchanged before and think it is great.
