Lovely 3 Bed home in Chingford, England

We have a 3-bed house with garden located between Chingford and Waltham Abbey. The living room is a fairly large space with access to the garden where we try and grow a few veggies and herbs! There is an allocated parking space for the house so parking is no problem. We also have a downstairs loo which may come in handy for those who require it - handy for the kids! The house is tidy and clean though with do have 3 youngsters which means we have a fair collection of childrens toys and books, etc!

We are also near to the Lee Valley with all its activities (walking, boating, fishing, etc.) and also have easy access to Epping Forest and the towns around there (Epping, Loughton, etc). The nearest areas of North Chingford & Chingford have the usual array of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We are also fairly close to the Olympic Park and easy access to central London is available via bus (that stops right outside) & tube.
