Our home is situated in a small development of detached properties, built in 1990, in a quiet neighbourhood, on a corner site at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a private secluded south facing rear garden.

Taunton is the county town of Somerset, with its historic town centre only a twenty minute walk away through a park with 18 hole golf course, tennis and crazy golf; or alternatively it?s a ten minute bus journey from the local bus stop.

The town is surrounded by hills with good walking and cycling routes and has all the major shops, markets, bars and restaurants expected in a modern town.

There are good transport links by road/rail to the whole of the UK, with airports at Bristol and Exeter, only 45 minutes away.

Sites worth visiting within easy reach by car are the Spa at Bath, the caves at Cheddar Gorge, the ancient site of Stonehenge, the cathedral at Exeter, the Air Museum at Yeovilton, not forgetting the hundreds of miles of coastline of Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.
