Lovely 2 Bed home in Segur le Chateau, France

We're open to exchanging our French summer house. It's in the ancient village of Segur le Chateau, at the base of a 13th century chateau. It's a charming house over three levels. It has two double bedrooms. Extra guests can be accomodated in the reception room.

The house is rustic and cozy. It's been used by writers and musicians as it's an idyllic retreat, in a village that has remained unchanged for around 400 years.

There's a car at the house and we're happy to exchange it as well (subject to insurance etc).

For equestrian enthusiasts we are afew minutes drive from the Haras National in Pompadour - which hosts international equestrian events, and has an incredibly lovelyrace-course. We're also close by two lovely swimming lakes.

We're open to exchange at any time, but are specifcially looking for non-simultaneous exchange. We're looking for a flat in or around North London, preferably Crouch End in December (2012) through January (2013).
