Our lovely home is located on a quiet road in semi-rural Surrey and is a detached 4 bedroom house with all mod cons.

It has a large relaxing rear garden with decking, sun loungers, jacuzzi hot tub, gas bbq and trampoline. You have direct access via our back gate to 100s of acres of heathland perfect for walking or mountain biking! 3 of the bedrooms have double beds in them and one has a single bed in it.

Nearby Guildford has a wonderful array of shops, restaurants and a theatre and also has a wonderful outdoor swimming pool for you to enjoy in the summer months as well as an ice rink and ten pin bowling.

Local attractions include Loseley House, Windsor Castle, Legoland, Hampton Court, Thorpe Park, Chessington, Denbies Vineyard, Harry Potter Word, stately homes and gardens, numerous options for fishing, golfing, walking, boating and horse riding.

The south coast is one hour`s drive away with Brighton and Bournemouth within easy reach. Our local train station just 10 minutes drive away has direct trains to London Waterloo where you can explore the Southbank, go on the London Eye or hop on a tube to explore the many sights.

We are conveniently located for both Heathrow and Gatwick airports and 10 minutes away from the train station.

Closeby, there are many beautiful National Trust properties to visit. You can also hire a boat or canoe for the day or even a canal barge from Guildford. You can go horse riding in Windsor Great Park, hire bikes or try the zip wires in Alice Holt Forest. Closeby is Dorking which boasts the largest private vineyard in Europe. Certainly plenty to keep yourselves or your children entertained.

We also have a gorgeous cat called Rosie who we would love you to feed in the morning and evening. She is very friendly and enjoys a few tummy rubs as well. She has a cat flap and sleeps downstairs so really is no trouble.
