2 pools (1 heated), 2 Tennis Courts, BBQ, hi-speed internet in condo, computer + WIFI + excercise room at clubhouse. Assigned parking. We have a great variety of restaurants both on the island, downtown, and on the waterfront.
About the location
St. Augustine is located on the North East Coast of Florida, and we are located right on the beach on Anastasia Island, just about a 10-minute drive from the marina, bayfront and the downtown historic district with all the charm of its Spanish heritage.
We are a retired professional couple who love to travel.
We are interested only in an exchange of a 2nd home "vacation home" for one of our 2nd homes "vacation homes".
