Great golf nearby. We are within a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine historic old city district with all the charm of its Spanish heritage, the oldest European settlement in USA. Great art galleries, cultural events, live open air concerts, local markets, no high-rises.
We have a great variety of restaurants both on the island, downtown and on the waterfront. Driving Distance 10 minutes, Daytona 1 hr., Disney/Orlando 2 hrs., Miami 5-hr drive.
We are a retired couple who love to travel. We are interested only in a swap of a 2nd home "vacation home" for one of our 2nd homes "vacation homes". We do not wish to stay in a "main residence".
