On warm days, the bifold doors can be opened, letting the garden into the house.

The sitting room is very large with a wood burning stove for those colder evenings. The main bedroom with a king sized bed is a glorious room, especially on sunny mornings. One of the original bedrooms is used as a study, and the second bedroom on the first floor has a double bed. The modern bathroom has a large rainfall shower and bath. The loft has been converted into a comfortable double bedded suite with a bath, shower and toilet.

The house is situated in a quiet tree-lined street, a few minutes` walk from Queen`s Park. It is close to excellent transport links to central London, the airport, Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Shopping, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Queen`s Park itself is a beautiful open space with tennis courts, a par 3 golf course and a licensed Cafe.
