Lovely 4 Bed home in Rockingham, Australia

We live in a wonderful seaside town of Rockingham which is located 35mins south of Perth; which can be accessed easily by Freeway and the local train service.

Fortunately Rockingham is of sufficient size with many restaurants, several golf course, sailing clubs and beautiful beaches all within a short distance, some locals never bother to go to anywhere else!.

Fremantle is a 35 minute bus ride from the end of our street (or 25 mins in car) is always good for a week-end chill out; be it at a pavement cafe or the hustle and bustle of the markets, not forgetting the little creature's brewery where there is good food and beer down by the harbour.

From our location you can get down to the south west easily and quickly Bunbury and Busselton approx. 2 hours and Margret River which has world renowned wines can be access within 2 and a half hours, Margaret River, spend a weekend there enjoy good food visit the wineries, swim or surf at the beautiful beaches at Dunsborough and prevelly.

There is so much to do in WA your biggest problem will be fitting it all in, but of course you can just kick back sit by the pool and drink a cold one, like most Aussie homes there is a fridge out on the patio so that you don't have to move too far.

Our home is air conditioned has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a day room with sofa bed, theatre room with a well-stocked collection of DVD'S and a PlayStation, we have a modern kitchen with breakfast bar which is great for entertaining.

We spend most of our time in our back garden; there is a covered patio which looks onto the swimming pool, plus there is several sitting and dining spaces around the garden.

We are 2 minute walk from City Park that has a lovely lake and kiddies play area and 12 minute walk onto the beach.
It will be a great location to experience a different type of Christmas.
