Ours is a bright and spacious home across the road from a small beach and harbour on the northern edge of Edinburgh.
There are good transport links - we are 20 minutes from the airport and the city centre, five minutes from the fishing harbour of Newhaven and ten minutes from the port of Leith with its abundance of traditional Scottish pubs and Michelin starred restaurants. There are several supermarkets and a shopping mall within easy reach and numerous parks including the Royal Botanic Garden are a short walk away.
Our home offers plenty of modern comforts with an open plan family living area, a separate TV lounge, playroom and garden. Three bedrooms on the first floor, one ensuite, offer plenty of space for up to six people.
