We live in a 4 bedroom Edwardian townhouse 2 minutes walk to Holyrood Park and therefore convenient for Arthur's Seat, the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace.

We have a bay windowed lounge and a large open plan kitchen dining area to the rear opening onto a south facing garden. Upstairs we have a main double bedroom with two other good sized bedrooms which are used by our two children. We have a single bedroom which is also used as a study. We have a family bathroom and an additional WC downstairs.

We enjoy spectacular views over the Firth of Forth and we are a 5 minute drive from Portobello beach. We are a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre and Edinburgh Castle. We are well located for the East Lothian coastline.
