Lovely 2 Bed home in Berlin, Germany

As part of a renovated 1910 townhouse our apartment is a classic 3-room apartment in (one of) the best areas in West Berlin. Our place features generous rooms with all wooden floor and 3.6m high stucco ceilings. Lots of windows make it very bright and airy.

The 92 sqm are divided into a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a kids room for two and a spacious living room with dining table and french balcony. The kitchen is rather functional but completely equipped and the bathroom offers a bathing tub and a washing machine.

With an optional futon in the kids room and two convertible sofas in the living room our family place can also be adjusted to other demands easily.

The area is characterized by cafes, restaurants and small individual shops and provides a great everyday infrastructure. Cinemas, bars and the Deutsche Oper are in walking and biking distance. A farmers market offers regional and organic products every Saturday. Our bikes can of course be used.

For a morning walk or jog the nearby Lietzensee-lake-park offers a perfect site.

Ambitious runners may want to test their shape with an extended run through the impressive baroque park of the Charlottenburg Castle or along the spree canal to the Tiergarten and the government district in Mitte. For a biketour the cities grand forest ?Grunewald? is easily reachable and offers a great recreational ride up to the beach of the Wannsee-lake.

With a bus stop close by and a 5 min walk to the subway and the ?S-Bahn? station Charlottenburg it is highly connected by public transport. From there it is only 10 min to the central station. The bus takes you in 20min to the Tegel city airport.
