Our home is calm and serene, top floor so loads of light, (no elevator, about 60 steps) but near all the amazing amenities on offer (Leith dock restaurants, Theates, Art House Cinemas, Parliament to name but a few).

Child friendly, we have a travel cot, high chair etc in loft.

Property not suitable for pets.

Free parking outside.

Can't think of many places you can't get to on our great public transport! Bus outside the front door to town or railway station, taxi to airport 20 mins.
