We live right in the heart of Brighton, near the North Laine area. We are just two minutes from direct trains to London which takes just 48 minutes! Brighton is a vibrant city by the sea with lots to see and do. We are a ten minute walk to the beach through the busy historical Lanes. There is a great nightlife with a fantastic range of restaurants, bars, theatre, annual festivals and live music.

We are 30 mins by train to the historical town of Lewes and fantastic walking opportunities as we only a few miles from the South Downs.

Our home is in a fantastic location. We take great care of our home and I am passionate about interior design when money allows! There are two double bedrooms, a large living dining area, spacious bathroom & balcony. There is access to a communal garden and fantastic roof terrace where you can have BBQs during the summer months and enjoy the roof top views of Brighton and the sea. Our home is well equipped with a dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer.
