Lovely 3 Bed home in Christchurch, New Zealand

Our home is modern and earthquake resistant – being made of wood. It is double glazed with solar panels and has a great view of the southern alps. There are three bedrooms and a large garden.

We live on Huntsbury hill, which is a high quality suburb approx 6 km from central Christchurch. There is a bus stop 100 m from the top of the driveway. There is excellent mountain biking further up the hill. It is approximately 10 km to the beaches of Sumner and New Brighton. The ski fields are approx 90 min drive away. There are geothermal hotpools in Hanmer springs, approx 90 mins drive away.
