Rottingdean village just 5mins drive down the hill with access to beach.
Historic Lewes only 15mins East with a wonderful selection of antique shops.

Our Mid century detached house, situated in the Woodingdean area of Brighton, is in a quiet location only 10mins by car into central Brighton and the sea.

The Sussex Downs national park are in walking distance great for cyclists and walkers.

Parking for 2 cars on our drive but lots of unlimited parking around the house.

Woodingdean has a number of takeaways, Co-op, pub and Tesco garage.
Rottingdean village is 10 mins away and has some lovely pubs and restaurants.
Brighton marina is 15mins, ample free parking, lots restaurants, cinema, bowling and Asda!
