Glendale is a suburb of Phoenix Arizona (the 6th largest city in the nation). Also known as the "Valley of the Sun" because that is something you will be guaranteed during your visit, plenty of sunshine!!
The townhome is situated close to major freeways making it easy to get around to major attractions.
The townhome is a two story, two-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with attached 2 car garage. Upstairs, large master bedroom has a queen bed and an extra full sized futon for extra sleeping. The second room has two twin beds. Downstairs is a nice sized living room/dining room area just off the kitchen. A queen sized air mattress is provided for sleeping downstairs if needed. (Crib and port-a-crib available if travelling with small children). There is a small enclosed patio with barbq grill for outdoor entertaining. There is a community pool and spa.
The Townhome is approx 3 hours from the magnificent views of the Grand Canyon. The Superstitition Mountains are to the east about 45 minutes away. Gambling at the Colorado River in Laughlin Nevada is about 4 hours away as is the California coast.
