Lovely sea and mountain views

Our 3-bedroomed home, with lovely sea and mountain views, is situated on a slope that overlooks the town of Fish Hoek. We have recently renovated to incorporate the living area into an open plan design with a deck that leads out from the dining area. There are two bathrooms and both have baths, showers, toilets and basins. An internal door from the garage leads into the office. The entire garden is securely fenced and gated.

About the location

Fish Hoek is situated on the southern peninsular of Cape Town. It has a beautiful, mile-long beach, which is great for walking and swimming. There are many other lovely beaches in the area and beautiful mountain scenery. Silvermine nature reserve has numerous walking trails. The historic towns of St James and Simonstown are close by. Good shops and restaurants are nearby, some of which are in walking distance from the house. The penguin colony and Cape Point, the tip of the southern peninsular, are an easy drive from home. Cape Town itself has many attractions, including Table Mountain. A vast choice of beautiful wine lands make great day trips from home. It is possible to catch the train into Cape Town but a rental car would allow more opportunity to explore the whole Cape Town area and all it has to offer.
