Lovely 3 Bed home in Taunton, England

We live 6 miles outside of Taunton in a rural location. The bungalow is detached and has a good sized garden that surrounds the property. The property comprises of a living room with wall mounted 40 inch LCD TV, DVD player and Free Sat. Next to the living room is a separate dining area with large dining table to seat 6 comfortably. There is a small porch for storing coats and shoes to the front of the property. The bungalow has a basic "lean to" conservatory attached with a table and chairs which is nice to sit out in during the summer/warmer weather. There are three bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a larger king size bed and). Should it be required it is possible to remove the double bed and put one or two cots in there instead. There is a small third bedroom with a single bed in it. The house benefits from a new bathroom with bath, toilet and sink and also a new shower room (with power shower) and also with toilet and sink. The kitchen is basic (it has not yet been replaced) but is more than ample with oven, microwave, toaster etc. There is a climbing frame for children outside as well as a large gas BBQ which can be used. The house has a driveway and plenty of parking. We are happy to do a car swap and we have a car that will seat 5 comfortably.

We have two lovely young, clean cats who take care of themselves (except needing food and water!) and come and go as they please through the catflap. We are happy to stay at properties that also have pets.

There are 2 pubs in the village; one highly commended for its excellent food which is a 15 minute walk away and another which is just a 2 minute walk from the house and is a good place to go for a few drinks.

Exeter is 35 miles away and Bristol is 40 miles away. There are pleasant walks in the hills in Exmoor National Park which is a half an hour drive away. Various seaside resorts are located not too far away with the closest being a 40 minute drive. This includes Weston-Super-Mare, Minehead and Lyme Regis and slightly further afield is North Devon which offers some great surfing beaches (approx. 1 hour 10 mins in the summer). There are many cider farms around the area which are open for tours and tasting.

Specific attractions in the surrounding area are seemingly unending - too many to mention in fact! Please see this website for things to do and places to visit. Somerset really has something for everyone.
