Lovely 5 Bed home in Annan, Scotland

Our beautiful home was built in 1860 and sits in a large garden and wooded area on the outskirts of Annan. The uninterupted views over the Solway Firth to the Lake District mountains are stunning. We farm all the surrounding land and have 600 sheep and 30 cattle but the house is not at the farm steading! Walking in this area is a big attraction also fishing, golf, sailing and there is a beach approx 6 miles away.

Annan is a small country town that has 3 good restaurants, a swimming pool 10 mins walk away, 3 supermarkets, butchers, delicatessen and farm shop. The M6 is 4 miles away and gives easy access to Edinburgh (80 miles), Glasgow (80 miles), Carlisle(16 miles)and The Lake District. The A76 leads to the beautiful Galloway Coast. There is a train station in Annan that has good connections to Carlisle and Glasgow. There is a golf course within 15 mins drive and many others within 40 mins drive also Caelaverock wildlife sanctuary 15 miles away.
