Our eclectic apartment is modern, renovated and is situated on the 6th Floor in a high rise building with magnificent views. It comprises two bedrooms two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen with small dining area ,laundry.
The second bedroom has been converted to an office so there is only one main Queen size bed.
We have a large balcony which extends the whole length of the unit with access from each room through floor to ceiling doors affording full views to the outside.
The ocean and hinterland hills are visible from our balcony.
We are situated in the centre of Southport adjacent to Chinatown and opposite a major shopping centre with two major supermarkets and about 200 specialty stores.

The unit is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a 55" HD TV with small Home Theatre system.
We have streaming services including BritBox and TV on demand apps.
Our computer is available for the internet.

Facilities include a private heated out door swimming pool , gymnasium, and spa within the complex .
The building has onsite security and security parking.

About the location

There are many restaurants and three hotels offering excellent dining within walking distance of our apartment
All the theme parks, Movie world, Dream World, Wet n Wild, Australian Outback Spectacular, Seaworld are all 10 -15 minutes from our unit.

45 minutes drive away you are in the hills which offer spectacular bush walking in sub tropical forests.

Surfing beaches are 1.5 km away and many operators offer offshore diving opportunities all year round and whale watching from mid April to October. Surfers Paradise beach has surfboard hire and learn to surf classes.

We have one Casino 15 minutes tram ride away and there are movie theatres close by as well as the Gold Coast Arts centre about a 7 minute drive.

All types of adventure pursuits are here as well. Hang gliding, parachuting, ballooning, & horse riding. Offshore there is whale watching, numerous dive opportunities and deep sea fishing. Croquet fields are 10 minutes away and there are 39 golf courses on the coast.

The Gold Coast Light Rail G:LInk "The G." passes our building and offers fast access to all the north Gold Coast Tourist centres, Restaurant precincts and major Shopping Complexes as well as surfing beaches.
It connects with the main rail line to Brisbane the capital of Queensland which can be reached in about 1 Hr 15 mins.
For The Gastronomes when you are tired of surfing, fishing or sun bathing & sight seeing there are literally hundreds of Restaurants and Cafes along the 32 km stretch of white sandy surf beaches which comprises the Gold Coast.
