Lovely 3 Bed home in Shoreham-by-Sea, England

Our house is on a goregous shingle spit known as Shoreham Beach, a stones throw from Brighton. Offering all the amenties from the city of Brighton but tucked away in a quite glorious seaside haven. Shoreham Beach is part of the market town Shoreham-by-Sea with direct train links to Brighton & London.

Shoreham has a fortnightly farmers market, local butchers, health food store, library, health centre, small CO-OP (larger Tescos on the outskirts) & plenty of friendly cafes, pizzerias, gift shops & pubs etc. Shoreham Beach is famous for its unusual & protected wildlife and its house boat community scattered along the riverbank. It has always been an attraction for artists and other creative people and has a slight bohemian and very friendly atmosphere. The South Downs National Park is nearby and is visable from the beach. Shoreham has a small museum and an Arts Centre which has music/theatre events throughout the year. For the more active holiday maker Shoreham beach is a great place for paddle-boarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing etc. Shoreham also has Britains oldest domestic airport which houses a fascinating museum and where you can also book a flying lesson if you fancy seeing Sussex from the sky!

Our House is a semi-detached dormer bungalow with 3 bedrooms and is probably best described as a beach house decorated somewhere between the shabby and the chic! Neither too posh but friendly, relaxing & clean. It is a family home and as such is very comfortable and spacious with open-plan living accomadation including South facing living room with open fire leading into second reception room with piano leading into dining room with patio doors opening onto garden leading into spacious kitchen/breakfast room with doors out onto garden. The whole space is light and airy. Downstairs single bedroom & bathroom. Upstairs large duel aspect double bedroom with kingsize bed and double room with adult size bunkbeds.
