We are offering an exchange on our lovely large (2000 sq ft) Victorian family home in South West London - Balham/Clapham - (in the heart of a child friendly area). We have 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are suited to young children and babies and we have a luxurious office that used to be the 5th bedroom. We have a double living area and a big extended family dining kitchen leading onto a small sunny garden. We have two bathrooms.
We are 5 minutes walk from the tube and trains which connect to central London in under 15 minutes. We are 5 minutes walk from a local high street with local shops, bars and lots of restaurants and 10 minutes walk to a beautiful park and a Michelin star restaurant!
We have lovely neighbours and babysitters to welcome you to the area too!
