Lovely 3 Bed home in Bideford, England

Our home is in a 100-year old terrace with a small garden, on a quiet one-way street in front of a large park and the River Torridge. We are 5-minutes walk from the Quay and town centre. The Burton Art Gallery and restaurant are in the park. We have a kitchen, dining room and sitting room, one small bathroom on the first floor with a double and a single bedroom, and two rooms in the roof area. Bideford is a port and market town with lots of character. We are near Northam Beach and the other beautiful beaches and diverse countryside of North Devon's UN Biosphere Reserve, and Lundy Island. It's a popular location for sailing (Clovelly, Instow), kayaking, surfing and walking. There are many local artists, music and festivals.
