A lovely location in historic Kingston upon Thames, London our spacious Edwardian home is set over three floors ,has 2 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms( 13 year Old Otto's bedroom with bunkbed, 4 year old Arthur's room with single bed) .

Bright and Airy Lounge with cable TV, playroom with full-size table football, large kitchen diner. Two bathrooms with baths and showers , three toilets.

Pleasant garden with raised decking area for outside dining, children's play-house.

Our car is a Mercedes B180 ( automatic- seats 5).

Kingston upon Thames is a leafy and pleasant suburb of London. Surrounded by Royal Parks( Richmond, Bushy) and nestling beside the River Thames it is a short train commute to central London( 35 mins). Our house is on a quiet residential street in walking distance to the river , historic market place and central amenities. There are lively bars along the river, good restaurants and great shopping. At weekends there are boat trips up river to Hampton Court Palace and Richmond upon Thames.

Kingston has a rich history being the coronation venue for many of the early Kings of England.

It is one of only four Royal Boroughs in the United Kingdom.





Trains run frequently from Kingston or Surbiton to the centre of London where you can easily get to all the major attractions. Or you can enjoy the south of Britain by escaping by car down the A3.

Oxford and Brighton are about an hour away by car, Windsor about 50 minutes.
