It is close to the coastal beaches and Fremantle port and to beaches, boating and recreation generally on the lower Swan River. Its elevated position gives near-180 degree views to the ranges to the east.
There is ready access to Perth's metropolitan freeway network and its links to major highways to the north, east and south to the wineries and tall timber of south-west WA.
Rooms consist of a double bedroom with en-suite, lounge and balcony at the upper level. Below are a large open living/dining/kitchen area, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry.
