This is coastal California, with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. We have a classic "midcentury modern" California ranch home, which has been updated with eco-friendly, contemporary features. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace, and a backyard garden with spa, fire pit and fruit trees.

We are fortunate to live in a beautiful small town (the "happiest place in America", according to National Geographic and Oprah) with a famous farmers market, near beaches, biking, hiking, surfing, golfing, fishing, whale watching, and wine tasting. San Luis Obispo is located halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, just a few miles from the beaches. There are bike trails throughout town, buses, and a train with service up and down the coast.
