Our lovely 1800s home has all mod cons with gas central heating supplemented by wood/coal fires if needed. There is a large kitchen, 3 reception rooms and 4 large bedrooms with bathroom/ ensuites. We have wi-fi throughout the house.

The nearest shop is 10 mins walk and the town centre about 1 mile. Bath is 14 miles away with its Georgian theatre (many pre West End productions), the famous Roman Baths & the Royal Crescent and of course Jane Austen's haunts. The train to London can be boarded at Chippenham (approx every half hour) whilst the M4 & M5 give good access to the Cotswolds, South Wales and the West Country.

There are many National Trust/English Heritage properties within easy reach, particularly the village of Lacock (2 miles) where Cranford, Pride & Prejudice, Harry Potter and many more were filmed.
