We have a stunning granite 2 storey barn conversion recently refurbished from top to bottom last winter (2013/14). It has been renovated to a high standard and has underfloor heating and a wood burner. It is very well insulated, has a bespoke kitchen and 2 gorgeous bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

We have a large garden and wonderful views across the valley. We get fabulous sun rises at the bottom of the garden.

We have a children's slide and swing set in the garden.

We are half a mile from the nearest road, 5 mins walk from an ancient stone circle and 3 miles from the beach. This area is ideal for surfing, walking, cycling, fishing, eating out etc. the nearest village (St Buryan) is 3 miles by road (2 miles by foot) and the nearest town with train station (Penzance) is 5 miles.

About the location

We are located on a farm in the middle of the Penwith Peninsula. We are ideally located for exploring the area as we are between north and south coasts of Penwith. We have a fantastic white sand surf beach at Sennen, 10 mins drive away and are within 5 miles of Penzance and approx. 10 miles of St Ives.

The coastline here is dramatic and wonderful for walking. There are lots of beaches, small fishing harbours and great cafes and restaurants all around the coast here.

We are approx. 7 miles from the famous open air Minack theatre.

There is an ancient stone circle - Boscawen-noon Stone Circle, 5 minutes walk down the bridleway from our house and other ancient sites nearby. Carn Euny, an iron age settlement is about 3 miles way from here.
