Lovely 4 Bed home in Richmond, England

The house is in Kew, part of lovely Richmond-upon-Thames. We are within walking distance of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (a World Heritage site) and close to Richmond Park (which was established as a private hunting ground by Henry VIII). We are also within 1/2hr of Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle and a 30-40 min train ride to Victoria station or the heart of London. If you are interested in genealogy and researching your family's history, we are only a 10 minute walk from The National Archives in Kew, which contains over 1,000 years of history. The nearest station is Kew Gardens, which is a 5 min walk.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is mainly open-plan downstairs, with a large kitchen and separate lounge seating areas to the front and back. The dining table can seat 10. There is also an office. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, two singles and a den at the top of the house with a sofa bed (it's a double, but probably more comfortable for two children or one adult). There are three modern bathrooms upstairs (1 with bath, all with showers) and one downstairs loo. We have PS3, Wii, Virgin Media (300+ channels) and WiFi.
Outside there is a sunny decking area with sofa, chairs and table and a lawn for football, with table tennis and trampoline.
Kew Village (and the station) is a 5 min walk away, with a small supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants (one with a Michelin star), bakery and other stores. A larger supermarket is a 5 min drive away. Richmond itself is very close (5 min drive/bus) with good shops, boutiques, cinemas, galleries and restaurants and two thriving local theatres. There are nice walks (or runs!) along the river Thames. Also nearby is the London Wetlands Centre in Barnes - regarded as Europe's best urban wildlife viewing point for birdwatching. Theme parks such as Legoland, Chessington World of Adventure and Thorpe Park are also within easy driving distance.
A car swap could be considered - we have a Mercedes ML350 (4 x 4) which seats 7 (2 seats in rear for kids).

UK swaps: We have an exchange for Easter 2012.
International swaps: Summer period only (preferably starting early August). Would love to visit South Carolina (2012 or 2013), butopen to Spain, France and Italy - or elsewhere!
