It is bright, very cosy and warm in winter, situated in a leafy suburb, with easy access to London, the train only takes 25 minutes to Waterloo, we are within walking distance to Walton-on-Thames station.

Only about 20 minutes by car to Heathrow airport. Very close to the RHS gardens at Wisley, Kingston-upon-Thames and Guildford. Lovely walks along the Thames.
