Property: The flat is 40m2, 6th floor apartment with beautiful views over central London and the canal. From the windows you can see the London Eye, The Shard and Canary Wharf. There is also access to a stunning communal roof terrace with incredible 360degree views. The flat is cosy with lots of light from the large south-facing windows and the building's fob-access means it is a secure location. The living room has a sofabed that can sleep two, although it can be little small for more than one depending on the size of the individuals. The flat is modern and was only built in 2010. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a large fridge-freezer and a juicer if you would like to make fresh fruit or vegetable juice. The table has extendible leaves and there are two more chairs so can sit 4 people.

Location: The flat is directly beside the Regent's Canal, opposite Mile End Park which is great for walks up the canal to Victoria Park or down the canal to Limehouse Basin (a little marina). It is a 5-minute walk to historic pubs overlooking the Thames, where you can also get food for example at Gordon Ramsey's The Narrow. There is also lots of good Indian and Bangladeshi food nearby, and a small Tesco by the station.

The flat is located in the cosmopolitan and trendy East End of London so the famous Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market are a short bus ride away, as is the excellent nightlife and restaurants of Shoreditch.

It is a couple of minute's walk to the DLR line- it is two stops to Bank (the centre of the 'Square Mile', near St Paul's Cathedral) and trains run every 2-3 minutes. Trains also run straight to Tower Gateway (by Tower Bridge) which is only two stops. You can be on Oxford Street or in Soho within 25 minutes.

There are also good night bus services linking the flat to the Brick Lane and the West End if you've been out late!

There is also a train directly from Limehouse to the coast if you'd like to go to places such as Leigh-on-Sea.
