This is a small (85sq m) apartment located on the top floor of a waterfront 1920s Federation apartment block. It is an ideal place for a couple, although you do need to be fit as there is no lift. Classic high ceilings and windows on three sides make this a private, yet open and light filled place to live with a stunning view of Sydney Harbour. As you would expect the kitchen and bathroom have been brought up to 21st Century standards and the rest of the unit is comfortably furnished. The second bedroom is used as a study The unit is not suitable for children because the older style of windows make it too dangerous for little ones.

About the location

Sydney is one of the most liveable cities in the world and living on the harbour is the best place to make the most of its joys. The ferry runs from the front of our building to the city every 30 minutes and the 15 minute ride is worth the trip even without the destination. There are many kilometres of harbour front walks from this point, winding through parks and reserves. Sydney Zoo and Balmoral Beach are all within easy walking distance. The suburb of Mosman is filled with cafes and charming small shops. Public transport is very good and you can easily get by without a car, however car exchange will be considered if you want to travel further afield.

This is our main residence so we mostly look for simultaneous exchanges. Our preference for exchange is for apartments in major cities. We have exchanges in already organised for 2024 but we are now starting consider an exchange for 2025,. We look forward to hearing from you.
