Lovely 4 Bed home in Oswestry, Wales
We live in a renovated 500 year old cottage in the beautiful Tanat valley in Mid Wales. Surrounded by hills, there are many picturesque walks and it is a paradise for bird watchers, with the RSPB reserve at Lake Vyrnwy a short drive away. Llanrhaeadr waterfall (taller than Niagara!) is a 15 min drive, and we are less than an hour from the Snowdonia mountain range and the Welsh coast. Three National Trust castles at Chirk, Welshpool and Erddig (Wrexham) are within a 30 min drive. The historic cities of Chester and Shrewsbury are less than 45 mins away by car, and Manchester airport is a little over an hour.
We have a great sun deck/BBQ area, all mod cons, LOADS of books, an acre of garden and lots of peace and quiet!
