Ours is a Georgian house built in the 1820s, brimming with period features and located centrally within the market town of Frome, 15 miles south of historic Bath. Please note that we have 1/3 acre garden but this is also an in-town location.

A stone's throw from the Longleat Stately home (with Safari, maze, lake and walks) and the famous Babington House hotel, Frome is a vibrant, upcoming town that offers vintage shops, antiques dealers, Sunday artisan markets, farmer's markets and restaurants, pubs and cafes and a cinema all within a few minutes walking distance of the house.

The house itself has three ground floor reception rooms- all with working fireplaces, a large kitchen with a range cooker and Smeg fridge and long dining table for entertaining, and a large garden with (an un-heated) swimming pool. There is also a utility room on the ground floor with washer/ dryer machines and bathroom.

Upstairs on two floors, are two guest bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with an antique freestanding bath. A cinema room on the third floor, complete with a large collection of DVDs, provides guests with plenty of entertainment.
The garden has outdoor dining, a swing set for children and the swimming pool is gated for children's security.

Frome train station is 4 minute walk from the house, with frequent direct trains to Bath (30 minutes), London Paddington (2 hours & good for the Heathrow Express) and beyond.
