Our detached bungalow is newly renovated. Our house is child friendly with plenty of space. There are also books, games, DVDs and broadband. The revamped garden includes a luxurious lawn, large deck, swingset and climbing frame, patio area. We have a large sitting room, attached dining room, 3 double bedrooms (one is the children’s room), one with en-suite and bathroom with separate toilet.
We live in the friendly and vibrant village of Hurstpierpoint in West Sussex near the South Downs National Park, with great local shops including pharmacy, greengrocer, fishmonger, baker, independent wine merchant and award wining butcher. In addition there are coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and Washbrook’s: a children’s activity farm. The local area includes many public footpaths and bridleways. The South Downs ways is close by with Wolstonbury Hill, Clayton Windmills, Devils Dyke, Ditchling Beacon. You could also visit the Bluebell railway, the Award wining Ridgeview winery, Drusilla’s Animal Park (with Thomas train) and, of course, the beaches and attractions of Brighton, which is close and accessible by car, bus or nearby train station. The train station at Hassocks also services London (1 hour) with frequent trains, so the attractions of London are easy to access.
