Family home between London and Brighton - available for new year and 2017!!

Our house is open to offers for weekends and half terms 2017. Our lovely home is on a very quiet cul de sac in a leafy suburb/village, just minutes from the gorgeous Surrey countryside. We have National Trust properties such as Polesdon Lacey and Boxhill (where the Olympic cycling road race will happen), and also Denbies Vinyard, all within 10 minutes of our house. Cyclists seem to love this area, and Boxhill is particularly popular for an extremely strenuous cycle!

Our home is a large, very child friendly chalet bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a sofa bed in one of the living rooms, if you have a larger group. We have 2 living rooms, and a garden room/playroom which looks out onto our garden.

We have a very large (150ft), enclosed and private garden, perfect for enjoying an evening with wine, with no steps or ponds, just lots of plants, trees, gas bbq and children's toys, small trampoline, sandpit, bikes etc.

We are 5 mins away from a brand new leisure centre, which would be fabulous for older children, and also has a great Soft Play for younger children on a rainy day.

You can commute in to central London by train in 45 minutes, and then get to the Olympic park in 30 mins, or get to Gatwick/Heathrow with a drive of 40 minutes. South coast 1hr drive. Swimming lake 40 mins. Dorking 10 mins.

About the location

Surrey is an affluent area, which has many holiday camps for children, so an ideal place to come if you want your children to learn English.
Barracudas.co.uk and campbeaumont at Claremont and Downsend school all do excellent holiday camps for children.
