Light, comfortable and colourful four-storey, four-bed family home with rooftop views of Brighton, the sea and the Downs.

Brighton is a vibrant city set between the Sea and stunning green belt countryside and less than an hour from London.

We're located in the popular, friendly Hanover community, 10 minutes from the historic Laines, the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier and beach, as well as many independent cafes, bars, restaurants and individual boutique shops. Beautiful parks also within easy walk.

We have a large loft bedroom and three well-equipped kid's rooms with bunk/high beds, lots of toys and games, plus guitars, keyboards, ukelele and trumpet.

The living room has French doors onto our sunny, south-facing decked garden where you can eat or drink al fresco. We have a large family kitchen equipped with all the usual mod cons, including a good coffee grinder and machine so you can enjoy barista style coffee during your stay.

We have a bright, new family bathroom as well as a shower room.

About the location

Hanover is a really lovely, friendly community - brightly coloured terraces on a hill, with great views over Brighton and down to the sea. Newly renovated park, skatepark and grassy area, open market for fresh produce and artisan wares are a quick walk down the hill. We live close enough to both town and seaside, a short drive to the beautiful South Downs National Park, a train ride into London... Generally a great location either just to relax and enjoy one of Britain's favourite seaside cities or as a base to explore further afield.
