Lovely 4 Bed home in Eastbourne, England

A three-storey semi-detached Victorian house in the Old Town area of Eastbourne, about 2 miles from the beach.

Our home is spacious and relaxed, in a quiet, friendly street. There is off street parking at the front. We have a large sitting room with open fire, good-sized bedrooms and a garden. It is family friendly, with lots of toys for younger children.

From the house there are attractive walks into the South Downs. It is a short drive to the beautiful landscape of Beachy Head, the picturesque countryside and villages of the South Downs, and the attractive seafront of Eastbourne.

Nearby activities include roller blading along the seafront, attending a concert at the bandstand, taking a boat tour to the Beachy Head light house, walking in the Downs, paragliding, and taking tea at the historic Grand Hotel!

We are 35 minutes by car or train from Brighton and 90 minutes from London. Gatwick Airport is an hour away by direct train and Newhaven ferry terminal 20 minutes away.
