Lovely 4 Bed home in Langbank, Scotland

Our home is a spacious, secluded Arts and Crafts house set in 1.3 acres of mature gardens/woods with panoramic views over The River Clyde to Dumbarton Castle, Ben Lomond and The Trossachs.

Inside you will find two large double bedrooms & two good sized single bedrooms, a large lounge with open fire, formal dining/music room (grand piano and guitar), cosy snug with children's games, spacious kitchen with granite worktops and dining area which opens onto a sunny south facing patio. The children will love the garden with its large netted trampoline, climbing frame, swing, football goal and basketball net etc.

Langbank is a small rural village with a shop, pub with food, hotel/golf club/restaurant, church, play park and railway station. Drive or walk to Finlaystone Estate which has a great adventure playground, formal gardens and tea room. Ingliston Country Club & Equestrian Centre is only 3 miles away.

Our home is an excellent base for exploring Scotland's rich heritage, mountains & coastal scenery - play golf, hill walk or cycle or simply chill out in our comfortable home. You can walk to the village railway station and it is then only 30 minutes by train to Glasgow for city sights/shopping or 20-30 minutes west for various Clyde ferries to islands and other mainland locations. Within an hours drive you can reach Loch Lomond National Park, take a ferry to the Isle of Arran or explore NT's Culzean Castle to name but a few. And we are only 10 mins drive from Glasgow airport (not on the flight path!)
