Our home is a 19th century detached stone cottage situated in a small hamlet set midway between Sheffield and Doncaster. With views of Conisborough Castle (Ivanhoe). Gas fired central heating. Burgler alarm. We have 4 bedrooms, (3 doubles) a family bathroom with seperate shower and a downstairs shower room, and downstairs toilet. On the ground floor all ceilings are beamed, and accomodation consists of a main lounge with solid fuel stove, sitting room, dining room, fitted breakfast kitchen and a conservatory overlooking the garden. We have a family car which could form part of the exchange.

Crookhill Golf Club is less than a mile away. We are well served for motorway access, having the M1 and M18 less than 3 miles away. These give quick access to York, Yorkshire Dales, Sherwood Forest, North York Moors, Lake District, Derbyshire Peak National Park. Wales etc. Also excellent rail links to London, Edinburgh. Meadowhall shopping mall and Sheffield are 20 mins. away. Local supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Morrisons) 10 mins away. Very friendly neighbours.
