Lovely 2 Bed home in Ardingly, England

Our house is situated in Ardingly, a beautiful semi rural village setting in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Beauty and home to the famous antiques Fair and South of England Agricultural Show. Our house is within easy walking distance of the village bakery, post office, cafe, pubs and park - none are more than 5 minutes by foot. You can walk or cycle to Wakehurst Place, seed bank to Kew Gardens and a fantastic National Trust property. Brighton and the south coast beaches are just a 30-min drive or train ride away and central London is less than an hour by train.

An excellent place to relax or get active. Ardingly reservoir is a walk away and offers sailing and canoeing.

We have 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin, but there is a double sofa bed in the lounge and another single bed in the playroom so can easily sleep 7.

Possibility of bikes and even a car for use for short journeys.

There is a trampoline in the garden and plenty of entertainment in the play room for small children.
