Located in central Palo Alto, the heart of Silicon Valley, California. Amidst immaculately curated gardens, we offer a pristine 5 bedroom 3 bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Remodeled from the ground up in 2005, wifi and all amenities included, our home is equipped with wireless router, printer, fax machine, scanner, laminator, a standard AV set up w/ large wall mounted screen, DVD player, entertainment hub computer [no cable], two dishwashers, a professional Viking 6 burner range, three washers and three dryers. The downsides: we do not have wine storage. Nor do we have TV cable.

One bedroom, currently used as an office on 1st floor w/ full bath nearby, three bedrooms/2 baths on 2nd floor [2 bunk beds, one king], single mattress on the floor in the kids library can be used in a pinch as a decent sleeping space, two single beds in 3rd floor loft. Beds for 9, can accommodate 11 if sofa`s in great room are converted to twin beds. Open to all inquiries.

About the location

We are w/in easy walking distance to a boat launch on the San Francisco bay, a nature preserve, the municipal golf course, three large parks with child play structures and soccer fields, two elementary school playgrounds, coffee shops, restaurants, nail salons, a gym, yoga studio, two pharmacies and a large grocery store.

Also w/in walking distance is a two pool swim and tennis club, eichlerclub.com, for which use privileges are included for the duration of your stay. [No swimming pool at our home.] We are w/in biking distance to Stanford University, 40 min. [driving] to San Francisco, 30 min. on bullet train to San Francisco, 40 min. [driving] to Pacific coast beaches.
