Historic grade 2 listed country cottage surrounded by glorious countryside yet just 15 mins from the lovely beaches of Blackpool Sands, Slapton, Bantham and Bigbury on Sea. Our house is beautifully decorated and sits in one acre of tended grounds and gardens with no near neighbours and stunning views over rolling countryside. Golf, fishing, beaches, horse riding, Woodlands theme park, fabulous restaurants are all within 15 mins drive. The nearest towns are the historic and beautiful harbour of Dartmouth and the market town of Totnes - both 20mins drive away. We own a car parkng space in Totnes which can be made available if you wish to visit the town.

The cottage offers 3 bedrooms upstairs - a double and two large children's bedrooms - one girls and one boys with a cabin bunk bed. There is additional sleeping downstairs if required with a double sofa bed. The bathroom offers shower and bath facilities. Downstairs is a very large well equipped kitchen with Aga as well as modern oven. The kitchen opens out to the totally private grounds, ideal for summer bar b q's. There is also a children's "den" with loads of toys and books and a more formal sitting room with log burner for colder months. The garden features many seating areas, as well as a huge trampoline and a swing for children.
CORNWALL is only 45 mins by car and Dartmoor National Park about the same. This is a really lovely house in a location that is hard to beat. Our ideal exchange would be during the UK school summer holidays in July or August to Turkey or Greece but we are open to offers!
