Lovely 3 Bed home in Richmond, England
Our 17th century cottage is in Langthwaite, Arkengarthdale, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is an excellent base for walking both in the Yorkshire Dales and in Teesdale. The Lake District is an hour and a half away. There are some shops in Reeth (3 miles), and the main places for shopping are Richmond, Leyburn and Barnard Castle. There is a small pub in the village and a gastropub 1/4 mile up the road.
The house is comfortable and warm. Accommodation consists of kitchen, lounge, dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single, a bathroom with shower over the bath and a small garden room. The walled garden is terraced and quite steep. There is parking for one car.
